  • Master Gardeners from Johnston work the community garden year-round.
  • Clayton Community Garden is operated by the town of Clayton and is used as a teaching site for the community. Master gardeners from Johnston County do most of the planning, preparation and harvesting.
  • Produce from the garden is donated to the Clayton Area Ministries food bank.
  • All produce is weighed and sorted before delivery to Clayton Area Ministries.
