The NC Master Gardener Endowment is maintained by the North Carolina Agricultural Foundation, Inc. at NC State University, the nonprofit public charity that sponsors the NC Cooperative Extension Service Foundation (NC Agricultural Foundation's tax ID is 56-6049304). Our Endowment is managed by an advisory committee of current and former Master Gardeners and Extension staff. Since 2007, the fund has grown to $26,069.84 (as of June 30, 2014), primarily as the result of individual donations, fundraising at the statewide Master Gardener conferences, and our successful 2012 matching campaign with the counties. If you wish to donate to the "NC Extension Master Gardeners Endowment" click here and you will be taken to the donation site. Once on the site, scroll down to the bottom of the list and check "Other". In the blank on the form type "CES/NC Extension Master Gardeners Endowment".
The Extension Master Gardener Program Operating Fund is administered by Dr. Lucy Bradley, the State Master Gardener Coordinator and is used to help fund the statewide program.
